Hola! This is my story.

Welcome, My name is Ellie Balderrama. I’m from Los Angeles, California & as a Cali girl, I loved being outdoors especially by the water. I used to roller skate by the L.A. River and Venice Beach. Somewhere in my journey a desire was born, perhaps like yours, to live a beach life in Mexico. That desire grew for ten years, it was my dream. Although I love LA, my friends, my life there, my dream beach life was calling me.

Seven years ago I did it! I moved here to start over, best decision ever. I love my Mexico life! I love swimming in the Sea before breakfast. To me life is like living in a beautiful film. The air is clean, the Sea is clear as drinking water, there’s no traffic, and the community is awesome! People are chill, happy and help each other. The fun is in the daily life plus air gliding, ATV riding, horseback riding, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, sailing, and beach concerts.

I’ve had the honor of connecting people to their dream homes for over 19 years.  My career started in Phoenix AZ with Remax. My specialty there was with 1st time home buyers. When I moved back to L.A. I joined The Rental Girl, a boutique Real Estate agency where we grew for 8 fantastic years. When I arrived to Puerto Peñasco, I hit the floor running, making it a point to learn the market while getting my Mexican Real Estate License. I went bananas which you can see in my hundreds of Real Estate videos.

In addition to helping people with Real Estate desires, I’m passionate about art, design, community, creation, exploring, contribution and learning. Lately I’ve been remodeling, decorating, and I will learn to play guitar. As a designer I’ve consulted clients on multiple levels of renovations. I’ve handled the interior design for a few homes including custom furniture and commissioned muralist. I also accompany my clients in their building journey from the ground up. Building a custom home is very popular here, once you experience these homes, you’ll see why. They are not your cookie cutter designs, they are uniquely fabulous. Honestly, the talent in Puerto Peñasco is vast. I’ll connect you to it!
